On November 19, on the transmission line online monitoring platform of State Grid Shaanxi electric power company, the monitoring personnel could intuitively learn the surrounding environment of Shaanxi section of Changji Guquan ± 1100kV high voltage DC transmission line project by clicking their fingers. Such intelligent inspection benefited from the intelligent transmission television frequency monitoring successfully deployed by United Huawei Technology Co., Ltd. and Zhiyang Innovation Technology Co., Ltd Control system, which realizes the whole process automatic collection, efficient transmission and intelligent identification of transmission line channel hidden dangers and operation environment.
Shaanxi section of Changji Guquan ± 1100kV HVDC transmission line project is located in the unmanned area of Qinling Mountains. The terrain is complex and the road is rugged. The safety of the line channel has become an important factor affecting the reliable operation of the power grid. At the same time, because the unmanned area does not cover the signal of mobile base station, it can not obtain the image, micro meteorology and icing of transmission line in time. How to solve this problem, improve the efficiency of inspection and reduce the rate of missing inspection, has become a major problem for high-quality operation and maintenance of transmission lines.
"This time we have jointly solved the communication problem of overhead transmission lines in the unmanned area. Through these technologies, even if the tower is in the high mountains and the terrain is complex, it can still transmit the on-site operation conditions, images, videos and meteorological units back, providing a pair of eyes with high recognition rate for the safe operation of our transmission line, ensuring the timely monitoring of the on-site conditions, and realizing controllable control. " Kong zhizhan, director of transmission Department of equipment department, said excitedly after the company deployed the intelligent transmission video monitoring system.
This set of intelligent transmission video monitoring system is based on 5g microwave private network, which is a non signal area intelligent transmission line technology scheme. Luo Yanhong, deputy director of Guanzhong operation and maintenance division of Shaanxi maintenance company, said: "this scheme selects 5 kinds of terminals to cooperate, which can meet the needs of transmission line monitoring in the area without communication signal coverage." This scheme can not only create a data transmission channel in the area without signal, and send back all kinds of online sensor data installed in the area without signal to the background, but also the terminal equipment can be installed in only two people and 30 minutes, and can be upgraded and debugged remotely, with a wide range of applications.
In Shaanxi section of Changji Guquan ± 1100kV high voltage project, another highlight is that atlas 200, a low-power and high-power AI module developed by Huawei, is selected. Combined with Atlas 200, the front-end monitoring device intelligently analyzes the collected pictures, which can automatically identify large construction machinery such as cranes, excavators, cement pump trucks, bulldozers, as well as pictures of hidden dangers such as wildfires and smog, and upload them to the background in time, so as to improve the efficiency and accuracy of hidden danger detection. At the same time, the monitoring video frequency is increased to 1 minute for real-time monitoring to reduce communication dependence. In addition, the line patrol UAV loaded with Atlas 200 can realize real-time early warning and greatly improve the patrol efficiency.
The application of intelligent transmission video monitoring system is an integral part of the construction of ubiquitous power Internet of things in State Grid Shaanxi electric power company. The equipment department of the company will use the system to continue to explore intelligent and efficient inspection mode and contribute to the construction of ubiquitous power Internet of things.
